Windows register information?

I just wonder where i can get that information (So that i can upload pictures from windows explorer) for Windows register again?

I dont know how to explain. you know when you upload pictures to the gallery, you can do it either by the gallery, ftp or by the Windows webb publish guide. I need that reg information again so i get the Windows webb publish guide as a backup, if i reinstall my windows verion.
