Being Denied permission

I just finished upgrading from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4. I am in the process of intergrating phpbb2 with coppermine again and I am having some problems. the biggest one is when I try to access the config section in admin I get this message:

then you're not logged in as admin, or your bridging efforts have gone wrong. Post more details, like a link to your coppermine site and a non admin test user account (from your bbs app).

I fixed it I didn't have any images upload so I just reinstalled the database. But now I am getting this message when I try to log out of coppermine iinstead of PHPbb2:
