How do i allow users to edit

Is there a way i can allow users to edit the images/descriptions on the images they have uploaded? There are now private ablums all the images are public.

In 1.3 users can only edit pic details within their user gallery. In the next version of Coppermine, 1.4, you have the ability to allow users this privilege on pics they own in public galleries too.
