I know this has been ask a 100+ times but:)

I have edited a theme to look like my site this has work great apart from one problem.

PHP I use a lot of PHP generated content how can I get coppermine to parsed this so the PHP will work.

Use custom headers/footers as described in the docs.

Yeah I looked at that but got a bit lossed the header part seem's easy to understand but for the life of me I cant find anything on custom footers.As I would need the header and the footer to get the PHP to work and to have the feel of the rest of the site.
