Members Space
« on: September 03, 2005, 06:50:14 pm »

I moved some pictures from a members album to another album outside the memebrs galleries however the space used shown in 'users' for that member remained the same.
When I clicked on their 'recent uploads' the files were still shown there so I tried deleting one of the pictures (from within their recent uploads bit) and it deleted it altogether.
Is there a way of moving pictures out of a members gallery and thus freeing up some of their allocated space?

Not within Coppermine.  Those pictures belong to the member, regardless of where you put them.  The only way is to use phpmyadmin and manually change the owner_id in the cpg133_pictures table from the member to the admin.

Thanks, I've just started using Coppermine so I thought I'd missed something.

I've played around with this a bit more....
usung phpmyadmin I changed the owner_id to admin but the users quota remained the same.  :(
Also I tried getting the member to upload to an album outside the members gallery but it still shows as using their quota.
I'll just have to up the quota,
