EXIF manager not in the docs

as suggested in another thread: the exif manager is not mentioned in the docs, although it should be. Could a (dev) volunteer write a short section and add it to the docs? You can use the screenshots from http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=20843.0

As nobody volunteered I added a small section to the docs - could use review. However, changing the status of this thread to "done"

Extremely sorry for not adding EXIF manager in docs. It was supposed to be done by one of us. But I have reviwed the documentation and it looks good.
