Now I know that there are plenty of threads on this subject (I know having read dozens), but I am still lost. Looking at other peoples example I hven't really come up with much to aid my agenda....

I like many people want to intergrate the gallery as something that is a part of my site not a stand alone...

Now I just started thinking that right now I am implementing many includes not just one header nor one footer.....Should I first begin by placing the includes for menus on the left into the header? and includes on right into footer? If yes, please tel me and assume that I have already done this....so as to quickly move this thread to being solved....
