I want to use Coppermine with the Serendipity Blog Software (www.s9y.org). I found an instruction how to do this, and it worked.

But now I want to change the template. All I want is to show the albums and the pictures, I dont want no commentary, and almost no additional informations. I also want to get rid of the menu etc.. because there is also the menu of s9y and I dont want to confuse the user. Is there something like a "clean" template? Or where can I change everything?

edit your theme, remove all surplus menu items there. Disable comments and rating on coppermine's group page. All themes come with all features enabled, as it's quite easy to remove them; would be harder to add them if they didn't exist in the first place.
