Switch to GD2 instead of ImageMagick.  Looks like you have safe mode enabled.

not a valid bug report. Cpg1.4.1 goes unsupported anyway. Marking as "invalid". If you actually want to oarticipate in the evaluation of the beta. make sure to read the docs, especially the testing section.
