Restoring coppermine database
« on: August 23, 2005, 01:27:37 pm »

Hi, I accidentally deleted my website (all photos, all files, ALL) with coppermine installed.
I would like to restore it but I have only the database working now (mysql).
Can I upload all images and coppermine (unzipeed only, I haven't files of the site deleted) then restore comments, views and other statistics from the database?
I haven't anycontent.php.
The directory structure will be the same as before.
Thanks

If you have the database info and are able to recreate the directory structure with the photos, you should be able to recover your gallery.

I used update.php and the database seems to work but I can't view thumbs (because I uploaded images only, I havent' thumbs).
How can I recreate them?

You can rebuild them using admin tools.
