I have version 1.3.x and somewhere, somehow, I turned off the option to rate photos so that the rating bar & stars aren't displayed under every picture.

I just downloaded and installed a brand new copy of version 1.3.3 for a second gallery and want to do the same but can't for the life of me find where the option is to turn off/remove the rating option?
