Writing the average rating (rather than the star image) below the picture

Hi, I was told to go to the functions.inc.php file to remove the star images and add the average rating as plain text, however my php skills are not that advanced  :(

The only caption I need is the actual average rating rounded to the nearest tenth.   ???

Does no one know how to include the numerical image rating as a caption rather than a star image?  ???

You could edit the images in your favorite paint program to represent numbers.
