[solved]-> openbasedir & safemode <-Critical Error
« on: December 01, 2003, 06:01:55 am »

Users can not upload pictures. I get a Critical Error, could not move pictures to blah blah message. The admin, me, can however upload pictures. This was not solved on the last occasion. It has something to do with the last database string. I am willing to give access to my database to fix this. Contact me on aim : etrcoke2121 msn : etrcoke21@hotmail.com. I will only let coppermine staff to do this. Please help.

Check the album path in your config and make sure that they are either chmod 777, or else that the webservice can write to that directory (i.e. modules/coppermine/albums/userpics)

I ran the install again and mySQL Error: Duplicate column name 'user_group_cp' FAILED   That is the error.. It's on the very very last column during the install.. I have had tons and tons of database queries given and none worked. What does this mean? I know the paths are right.. and they are chmodded to 777.

Do a clean install again.. delete any old CPG tables and try again.

When answered PM a myphpadmin and ftp login and i will check it out.

thanks for login info i changed your directories to 777.
coppermine config set to 777 and still errors.

So i turned on silly_safe_mode for ya in load.inc.php.

When error still occures contact webhost for basedir restriction or something.
