Have some problems with transltaion of Exif page.

Makc666, have you downloaded swedish.zip from my post above? It has a lot of Exif comments which may be helpful to you when translating.

I add comments by ecto from swedish.php to the latest english.php from CVS.

I think, it will help to translate exif section in future. :-)

Hi all,

I've just translated polish lang file for Coppermine 1.4.2. File was tested at my place (fotojoler.net), so I'm happy now to put it at forum  :)
Polish lang file was earlier partially translated by Jacek Domoń for version 1.3.x, I've made it 1.4.x ready.

Have fun.

I've made some final corrects in polish lang file and replaced attachment in my previous post two posts above.

I've also found out, that texts 'Entering admin mode...',  'Leaving admin mode...' and names of months and days of week are taken in english language when checkbox 'Display in english when phrase not found' is checked in Config menu, even if these texts are properly included in lang file (pe polish.php). When this checkbox is not checked, texts are of course taken in selected language. I gues that is a bug...

HUNited, I believe that gaborsoha is doing the hungarian translation. If you want to know the status of it you should contact him. Since it is not yet posted here, one can assume that it is not finished yet.

I´m translating to Brazilian Portuguese, but it may take some time and I´will have to test it first before post the file here.

It´s quite a lot of stuff  :o , the former portuguese file has 60 kb, the new english file that I start to translate has twice that size...

You guys have been busy making theses upgrades.. Congratulations!  :D

See you when is finish.

I´m using iso-8859-1 for the Brazilian Portuguese version.

My tests with uft-8 were not very sucessfull, specially when I tried to show some coppermine data on other pages of my site. Probably because all the rest of it were using iso-8859-1.

I sugest you do the same.

Regards pra terrinha,

Alex

I don´t know why, but the words have to be written in the iso file.

For exemple, if you already wrote on the database a lot of stuff using uft-8, ther errors will not go away just because you are usin iso now.

You have to write all over again, at least that´s was what made it work for me.

I just took the english file that is already in iso and started translating it, at some point I tested it and it worked, I even posted some data to recover it on the coppermine album and on other php aplications.
