Problem with mozilla Firefox....

I set up Latvian language File.
If i brouse with Internet Explorer all works fine - interface is in Latvian, but if I brouse with mozilla firefox - interface is in english and I can`t set up another language. Interface is in english, but in datbase i can see that language is latvian.

In Mysql database - language is Latvian

Expected behaviour if you have set the encoding to unicode (utf-8) and your FF browser is configured to be in english. Post a link to your site.
