Customize Comments Section

Hi, I was wondering how one can customize the comments section under a picture. Like for instance, make it so the comments are seperated by a line, and color their name with a seperate color like red or something. My gallery is www.slave4u.com, and any help would be appreciated VERY much.

edit themes/yourtheme/theme.php, find
