MOving parts of nav menu
« on: July 27, 2005, 11:50:32 am »

O.K. before you flog me let it be known I have searched and searched but no luck.. I want to move parts of the nav menu into the footer.  I understand that everything in {Main Menu} needs to be above the {gallery}.  Can I split the Main Menu into two so just a couple of links stay at top and the rest are moved to the bottom?  HOw complicated is it to code something like that?

I also am having trouble just removing the links.. I tried to comment them out with a //  but I get error messages or else the slashes just start showing up in the menu.

Any help?

If you comment things out in html, you need to use <!-- and --> to comment them out, not //

Code: [Select]
code here <!-- this code is commented out --> code here

oops... thanks Nibbler... thought I tried that.. but it worked this time.  I just commented everything out so I am not worried about moving menu items any more.  I will just login by using the url.
