little help wanted for CPG

i would like a php signature for external forums, this would be 2 or 3 random thumnails with links to the gallery website and the pictures.
I would also like a frame on the left or bottom of the page for my links, and info's etc.
some other little tweaks such as users online, viperguest book integration admin mass email.
