Can I have an Admin help me find or understand why I can not view this particular link?

I swear to God that I did that.  The problem is that most of the posts that I find based on the subject either are irrelevant for what I am looking for, contain a different hack that I am not interested in or the post thread contains the same link that I am looking for!  I think they call this a quagmire. 

I PMed the original owner that I assume posted the original link and see where that gets me. If anyone knows the hack that "SkyBax" posted and repost it here, that would be great.

Skybax was not the author of the mod, that's one of the reasons why PMing him was not a bright idea.
