Updating files from CVS

I am running CPG 1.4.1 beta, I want to update the files from CVS, do I need to upload all file from CVS or can I update only the new changed files if so how to do that.

Inside it you will find a link to a tutorial on CVS checkouts. You will only have to replace the files that have been updated since the release of the package you have, although it won't hurt to update all files in one go.
