Batch Upload for Non-Admins
« on: July 09, 2005, 02:56:36 am »

Hi,

I would like a feature for the next possible CPG release to include Batch-upload for non-admins. I understand the reasoning behind only making it for admins, but I would like to share the gallery with several friends. If they have a large number of pics to upload it takes them a long time to add a pic and place to a album, and they can only do 10 at a time.
 Some possibilities:

 1) A feature much like ophoto that allows you to batch add
 2) batch adding via zip
 3) uploading via an selec grouping of pics, not just one by one and then automatically uploading based on which album you are in.

Thanks

If they use Win XP, they can use XP publisher feature.

Is there any documentation on how I can go about using this? I have XP, but tried reading the support forum, and haven't found any clear directions on how I can go about doing this.

Thanks so much

Reading the Coppermine documentation is also a good place to start.
