E-mailing author of photo, when users enter or edit comments under his file

Maybe it'll be good to add (as an option to check in every author's Personal Profile) function sending mail to author of file, when sbd enters new comment for authors picture or re-edits it after a time.

It will help authors to keep control under activity on sides with their pictures.

Question: Do you think to set this option in new version of CPG as defoult?
