Multiserver ready and more

Hi !
I am looking for a programmer to help me add a few features to make Coppermine a bit more like flickr. Firstly, I need to make it multi server ready as well as able to monitor and limit bandwidth. We can take the next step after that. 

We you think you have the skills . . . I hope you do :)
