how do i add an image?

Hey,
I want to add an image to the theme im using (waterdrop) i just want to place a logo to the left of the tiles how do i do this?
if i get that done and understand it i already havea a css file (http://www.milwaukee.upni.net/css/style1.css) that 5 would like to add instead of the titles, would i have to create my own template?
