User Specific Uploads to Albums
« on: June 30, 2005, 03:34:44 am »

I have just recently installed Coppermine and have been looking over the features. So far everything seems nice but there is one aspect that that I am looking for and it doesn't appear coppermine does that at the moment. I would like to set permissions for users to upload to certain folders only. It seems that I can either give the whole group the ability to create albums and upload images or not at all.

For example I am working with a tree structure similar to this:

Art Galleries
==> Swisslad's Gallery (only this user can upload to this gallery)
==> Fae's Junkyard (only this user can upload to this gallery)
==> Artist Etc (only this user can upload to this gallery)
==> Artist Etc (only this user can upload to this gallery)
==> Member's Showcase
Wallpaper's
==> Sinaj's Wallpaper (only this user can upload to this gallery)
==> Anime and Games (open to everyone)
==> Other (open to everyone)
Cosplay
Photography
Misc Art
Conventions
==> Convention Name (open to everyone)
==> Convention Name (open to everyone)

There are certain member folders that could be located in either Art Gallery or Photography sections that I would only want that specefic user to upload too. Is this possible with coppermine?
