In theory, you can write in russian as well (see bbest's posting) when using phpBB - it just depends on your encoding, OS and browser... :wink:

P.S. the board language is English - you're free to try any other language, but the results may not be very satisfactory...

Good afternoon I very much wanted to correct this script that users could place the albums in any category but at me have failed. Help please, it is VERY IMPORTANT!!! Many thanks

users CAN NOT create albums outside of their user gallery; the user gallery is treated as category. If you must have this feature, you'll have to make your users admins (which isn't recommended at all; and no: there's no way to have an "admin light").
It has been requested before that users can create categories and/or albums outside of their user gallery, but this feature/hack is not available.
