when i press refresh in my gallery, suddenly all the thumbnails dissappear, and its like i have no pictures in my gallery! why is this happening?!?!

I see the thumbnails fine. Do you have any security software that might block out the images?

no, and they worked fine before!

i also tried to delete an album and i got this message:
Directory 'albums/screencaps/chapter1/' is not writable, files can't be deleted
