phpnuke 7.5 and random picuture issue

Sometimes I get random picutures and sometimes I do not.  Using coppermine 1.2.0 for phpnuke.  Tried changing it from using GD 2 to ImageMagix with no luck.    This is a fresh install with 1 album of 1100 pics. 

Selected Nuke Theme:    Kaput
Nuke Version:   7.5
Module path   modules/coppermine
Nukelink   modules.php?name=coppermine
Coppermine Theme:   default

PHP version: 4.3.10

mySQL version: 4.0.24-standard

GD Support    enabled
GD Version    bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
GIF Read Support    enabled
GIF Create Support    enabled
JPG Support    enabled
PNG Support    enabled
WBMP Support    enabled
XBM Support    enabled

i'm using Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.2.0-Nuke

over all is ok..but the comment form doesn't appear..how can i fix this? ???
