i need help

i dunno the version of the coopermine i am using but i made it so ppl that site my site can upload their own pictures but it's not letting them if they are users only a admin can http://www.enixonline.com/gallery.html

can some one tell me why if the user is under usermode it won't let them or how to allow them to upload

The user needs to be in admin mode (but not gallery administrator) to upload files. User mode is just the mode where the buttons aren't shown.

post a non-admin test user account.
You're using cpg1.3.2.
Your frame set is not necessary, frames s**k.
