Starting off by saying thanks to Curt G for all the help...Now I will take my questions to the board and leave you alone! :D

Is there a feature to ban 'right clicking' of my pics? And is there any way to change the order of the pics if I do not name them? Thanks for any help you can lend!

banning of right-clicks suck (I know what I'm talking about), but if you really need it you could add some no-right-click script to your page, there's a million of them out there, for example at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/

P.S. One request, one thread!

Sorry about 2 requests on one thread...Like I said I am a newbie. I know how to add right click to my HTML but I was asking if it was offered on coppermine.

no, there's no built-in "no right-click" function in Coppermine; it was in cpg1.2.0rc2, but was removed in cpg1.2.0final because it was buggy (well, in fact it wasn't - you just weren't able to switch it off  ).
