Hi

For more than a year now , my coppermine 1.2.0 final standalone starts to get this problems, MOST OF THE THUMBNAILS starts to DISAPPEAR.

I checked the album folder all are intact and no image are corrupted .

I changed the permission and still the same problem .

I did checked my tables in phpadmin everything is fine.

It was running smooth for more than a year just lately and I dont remember I change anything in it structure.

any idea would be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance.

I was able to see the thumbnails fine. Is there a particular page where this happens? If so, please post a specific URL where you see broken thumbnails.

its not all the thumbnails disappear but most of them especially those of the users galleries , and you can check in the lower part where the last uploads are located. when you click an empty square you'll get  a "not responding" error .

What kind of connection do you get to the internet? I have no problem going through the user gallery and the latest uploads on a DSL connection.

Im using broadband from home and office , accessing the gallery on 3 computers with Norton Internet Security , is it these thumbs are blocked by my Firewall ?  SO its not about coppermine , I'm in a wrong Support Forum ?(http://users.pandora.be/eforum/emoticons4u/crazy/1087.gif)

I didn't see a problem when I was browsing your gallery.

Perhaps you should disable norton and see if it is in fact blocking the images.  If so I would check the "ad blocking" or "privacy" settings to ease it up.

Hey TranzNDance and Donomman .......there is something inside my explorer and I dont want to know , and thats the main reason why they are disappearing  . Actually I was just suspecting ...so I get and download FIREFOX .(http://users.pandora.be/eforum/emoticons4u/happy/1197.gif) .and all my thumbs and images appear fast than I could  never imagine.

 Its solved ....thanks anyway for all the ideas and suggestions.
