include random pic on mainpage

hi!
is there any possibillity to include a single random picture of my gallery on my startpage?
the startpage is in the maindirectory and the gallery in the folder "gallery".

If you're being told to search, please do so. Use a translator or a dictionary if you don't know the meaning of words like "fetch".
