Filetypes Restriction, Max filesize, and width/height for each member group

2/3 is already available here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=9578.0
Just add Filetype restriction to that (it doesn't look like it will take much) for each group and you've got yourself a well managed gallery. :D
