Password forgotten

HELP. I have forgotten username and password on a gallery that I administrate !!!

I need a easy way to recover. Plz help.

You would need to use a database admin application like phpmyadmin to look at the users table. You can see the username and password there.

If you entered an email address for the user account, the easiest recovery method is: I forgot my password link in the login page.
