Batch EXIF Editing

alright.. 3 or more photographers were at the same event

i want to blend the images together by the exif timing

problem is, one guy's camera was off by an hour or so (DST?)

is there a program that you know of that can mass-edit the time photos were taken in a way that would correct that problem?
