Hello I have search the forum and the FAQ for the last 45 minutes and struggled to find anything... Although I found some stuff which helped but not in the right way... But I Would like to know how to add the following...

Where those dots are which I added i want to add another link.... Like a Disclaimer kind of thing.

So when that link is  clicked I can link it too an outside page or a page with the coppermine directory. 

Would Appreciate any help given or just a couple of words to search for to poke me in the right direction Thanks
