File titles.

In the Admin Tools section of the coppermine gallery there is a Filename -> File Title tool and i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem. How do i make it work so that, for example if the filename was nytemare.jpg it can be converted to sfdotnet_nytemare.jpg. I would really appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you for your time.
