we have cpg 1.3 and integration with invisionboard
forum administrator (i am) cant' create private gallery, but all permisions are right..
i can't see toolbar with links for private gallery creation and upload files to it
not in administrator mode, not in member mode
all other members of invisionboard (group Members) can create private gallery
group Members and group Administrators have a same permitions for upload
how can i solve this problem?

As admin you should use the normal album manger.
