Site "Can't be found" for some people

I created a Coppermine Photo Gallery for my school.

It works fine for me and almost everyone.  Two people i've sent the link to said that it can't be found. The site doesn't connect.  It's not my server because i am able to access and other domains on my server are working.

So is this a firewall or some kind of PC blocker that's not allowing to connect to the site?  What is in the script that's so suspicous?

I wasn't sure what to search for, so i appologize if this is a redundant post

How long ago did you create the subdomain wheatonacademy? I'm wondering if it's a DNS propagation issue. Ask the people who can't access the gallery if they can access the main domain pbvids.com.
