Random image selection

Say I have photo A,B,C,& D in diffrent albums on my site. I want to keep the random images....but I don't ever want photo C popping up on the random images. Is there some logice that I could put in place that won't use any images that are say ' over 100 pxels wide or 66 pixels long? Anyting over those numbers....never show up on the random image area?
