I have integrated the vars in english in files not completed and have released the beta version of the language pack for 1.2.0-phpnuke
The file name is cpg1.2.0_phpnuke_all_lang_v0.9.zip it can be downloaded at: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=89658&release_id=187207
scroll down till you see the highlighted files. One bug has been found in the korean version, most were tested. You need to have the language installed in nuke to use the language. Please test and email translations for un-translated languages.
