XP_Publish only uploads files that are rescaled by windows

Hello,
If I use the Win XP Publish tool for uploading my files it is no problem as long as I choose the option to rescale the images before sending them. If I don't do so the wizzard is uploading the files, says everything went fine but nothing appears in Coppermine. I changed the maximum filesize allready, but with no effect.
Coppermine Version 1.3.3

Can Anybody help me?

Sorry, but the problem changed  :o
I searched on the webspace for some information. All files upload by the xp_publish tool are in a directory /albums/wpw-20050505 bute nowhere else. Whats wrong?

The Problem is, that no pictures that are upload via the XP_punblish tool are shown in a Galery. They are uploaded on the webspace but nothing happens.
