Help it won't let me opload any more Photo's

Help! I have three albums so far, 1 empty and 2 with 6 photo's in each. When I try to upload another photo I get this

"Disk quota exceeded
You have a space quota of 1024K, your files currently use 1002K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota."

I need to give each user about 15MB of space, How do I do it?

I am trying to get Coppermine up and running for a fishing club so that each member has his own album.

Please help.
