Resizing of Intermediate Photo
« on: May 02, 2005, 09:05:54 pm »

Hi Everyone,

I have looked through the forum and it appears that my request may be impossible but I thought I would give it one last try.  Are there any modules or customizations available for Coppermine that will allow you to set the size of the large/intermediate photo.  The Coppermine is very difficult to use and requires scrolling for larges image.  Most of the other galleries (such as Gallery) allow you to resize large/intermediate photo and choose the size. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,
Todd :)

That would be the config setting ' Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video', assuming you have ' Create intermediate pictures' enabled.

Note that there is no support for 1.4

As Nibbler pointed out, there is no support for the current devel version 1.4.x. If you are using CPG on a production server, I would recommend using the latest stable version 1.3.3. After making the changes in the config as Nibbler stated, you may want to also use the "Admin Tools" and recreate your thumbnails; otherwise, your old thumbnails will be stretched to "fit" your new dimensions.
