Ok...  here it is..  a seperate .php file...  when I click delete under the picture, it goes to that page.. on that page, I have a set of options "too wide" "too insulting" "banned", and a couple others...  these will be radio buttons....    when I click on the radio button and hit "send email", it will look at the posters' email address and send them an email with the predetermined message that will be sent due to hich radio button I selected.
