Transitioning between pics in slideshow
« on: November 18, 2003, 10:02:30 pm »

I don't know what exactly happened, but now when I run a slideshow, the pictures don't transition between each other as smoothly as they used to.  Now they just kind of just change pictures, but before they used to morph from one picture to the other.  Does anyone know what might've happened?  I don't think I've changed anything on my system.

Thanks.

Also, just tried upgrading from RC2 to final, and still the same problem.

Cancel this.  Appears to have been a local issue on my computer as it worked on another one.  Thanks for the great product!

the transistion in the slideshow use stuff that was originally written for IE5 (or better). Maybe it works in other browsers as well. Surely the slideshow won't work at all in some browsers, as it relies on JavaScript (and we all know JS is a bastard).

Strange thing though.  This used to work on this machine.  Now, all of a sudden, doesn't work, but still works on other computers using IE6.  I'm using IE6.  Not a huge issue, but I used to love showing off albums with the transitioning slide show.  Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot/fix this?
