This thread has originally been posted as a reply to the announcement thread "cpg1.3.3 released - upgrade strongly recommended". I split it from there, as it clearly is an announcement thread and not meant to raise support questions.
Coppermine doesn't do full IP logging. Only entries into the database (like comments etc.) are being recorded, not every move the users make. If you need full-fledged stats and user tracking, you'll have to use another third-party script.
Keep in mind that IP addresses change all the time (most of them are assigned dynamically), so there's little benefit in this feature at all.
