Adding Footer

What page would I go to to add a link to the bottom of the pages where it says Powered By Coppermine..

I do not want to remove that but add a link there ..

What page is that on..

Your theme's template.html would be a good start.

Not seeing anywhere in the themes section

I was thinking more like config or includes/lang/english but I am not seeing anywhere here either to change or add to the footer..

As mentioned above, use template.html - it's simple.

Just go to the very bottom table and place your link there, and then on your cpg page your link will appear just below the "Powered by Coppermine Photogallery" link.

Yes, as opulence said, add it immediately after the {GALLERY} tag.
