Installation error with Mambo 4.5.2.1

I am trying to install Coppermine 1.3.3 on a Mambo 4.5.2.1 site and am getting the following error: Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.  - Any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanx...
