making a theme ( need code)

Hi :)

Im trying to make a theme to coppermine in photoshop. The problem is..i only know to design...not coding.

If i make all the design , will someone code it ? If i cut in in images and index.html ( just want to know before i stop making it )

here is what i made so far....remember is stil lin the begining :

btw..THIS IS ONLY TO HELP me .. of course if someone is interested the theme will be copyrighted to the one who code it

ok..this is what im working now...almost finished , just got a free template and made some modifications
